University of Rochester, 3.29.23. Total time of improvisation: 30:15

This improvisation was in conjunction with a solo exhibition and a sound workshop I lead for students at the University of Rochester in New York. Continuing my research in the disproportionate power of the state to decide the value of human life, which I began while working at decommissioned U.S. military installation Fort Baker in California, sampled sounds also included low-frequency audio recordings of a Fort Baker gun battery made with modified seismic-activity recording equipment.
